In the neighbourhood

We are situated a 5-10 minutes walk from the quiet Kattegat with its lovely sand beach and clear water and only a few kilometres from Skagen, Råbjerg Mile and Den tilsandede Kirke (the buried church).
For the children, we have a playground and lots of green areas where they can play and run around.
In the garden, there are two petanque courses available for our guests.

Aalbæk gl. Kro

 – situated only 20 kilometres from Frederikshavn where you find excellent train and bus services to the entire country.
When you stay at Aalbæk Gl. Kro, you are never far away from Norway and Sweden.
From Frederikshavn and Hirtshals, there are several ferry departures every day.
Spending your holiday in an original fishing village environment is a very special experience.
The village – with its narrow, picturesque streets and the harbour where naturally visitors arriving by boat are also welcome – has its very own atmosphere.
